Video

  • We’ll start with a quick phone consultation where I’ll create a customized video plan based on your property’s needs. On the day of the shoot, I’ll arrive at the property at the scheduled time. The realtor is welcome to be there but it's not required if they aren't planned to be in the video. I’ll film interior video, exterior video, or both, depending on what we decide during the consultation. I can create video styles tailored specifically for listings or short-form videos optimized for social media to fit your marketing goals. After the shoot, you’ll receive the fully edited video within a timely manner, ready for your listings and / or marketing.

Photos

  • We’ll start with a quick phone consultation where I’ll create a customized photo plan based on your property’s needs. On the day of the shoot, I’ll come to your property at the scheduled time. The realtor is welcome to be there but it's not required. I’ll take high quality photos showcasing every angle of the property. After the shoot, you’ll receive the fully edited photos within 24-48 hours, ready for your listings. I also do virtual staging to add furniture to a non furnished property and sky replacement to add sunsets for additional cost if wanted.

Drone Shots

  • We’ll start with a quick phone consultation where I’ll create a customized drone plan based on your property’s needs. On the day of the shoot, I’ll arrive at the property at the scheduled time. The realtor is welcome to be there but it's not required. I’ll capture high quality aerial photos, video, or both, depending on what we plan during the consultation. After the shoot, you’ll receive the fully edited content within 24–48 hours, ready for your listings and marketing.

Floor Plans + Virtual Tour

  • We’ll start with a quick phone consultation where I’ll create a customized floor plan package based on your property’s layout and needs. On the day of the scan, I’ll arrive at the scheduled time to capture detailed measurements of the entire space. The realtor is welcome to be there but it's not required. Every floor plan package also includes a virtual tour, allowing potential buyers to walk through the property online. You’ll receive both the professional floor plan and virtual tour within 24–48 hours, ready for listings and marketing use.

Package Combinations

  • We’ll start with a quick phone consultation where I’ll create a customized media package based on your property’s needs and your marketing goals. You can combine any of the services — drone shots, video, photos, and 3D floor plans with virtual tour — in whatever way works best for you. On the day of the shoot, I’ll arrive on time and capture exactly what we planned. You’ll receive all edited content within a timely manner, ready to use across your listings and platforms.

  • Absolutely. All photos, videos, floor plans, and 3D tours are delivered in formats that work perfectly for MLS, Zillow, and your social media channels. If you need specific crops or versions for Instagram or Reels, just let me know during the consultation, I’ve got you covered.

  • Absolutely. I want your media to reflect your listing perfectly. Minor tweaks are always included for revisions, just let me know what you need and I’ll take care of it quickly.

  • I’ll send you a simple prep checklist beforehand. Clean spaces, open blinds, and decluttering go a long way. If needed, I can also help tidy light items on site if permitted to get the best shots.

  • If weather affects drone work or lighting, we can reschedule or pivot the plan. I always want your listing to look its best, so I’ll never shoot in conditions that compromise quality.

  • There’s no cancellation fee as long as you give at least 48 hours’ notice. Same day cancellations are subject to a $25 fee.

  • Yes, I work with agents long term and offer custom pricing for volume shoots, bundle packages, and repeat business. Let’s talk and I’ll create something that fits your workflow and budget.
